Experience: 2+ years in Bpo / Customer Support voice process
-Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English and Hindi
-Candidate must have Inbound or Outbound customer service, voice process background knowledge in BPO and work as a Team Leader
-Should have Hands-on experience in Team management.
-Establish and maintain communication with team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
-Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
-Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
-Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
