Monthly and weekly forecasting of business and the financial performance and analysis of variances vs actuals
Lead the Annual plan preparation for the category 
Undertaking cost saving initiatives in the areas of supply chain and banking 
Financial analysis impacting the P&L.
Reporting to Founders, operational metrics tracking and analysis of financial data of the category to enable decision making
Lead End to End Financial & Admin Operations, Govt & Regulatory compliance
Payroll, PF ,IT
Excellent Skills with Excel, PPT. Good at Communication
