IT System Support

Job Description

1. Incumbent should have IT operations knowledge in Banking related systems (Misys products are preferable)
2. Must have Experienced in Systems monitoring and incident reporting and escalations
3. Should have good Knowledge in Disaster recovery and contingency planning
4. Good communication skills
5. Ability to work in 24/7 shift roaster
Duties and Responsibilities
Independently managing multiple projects, working effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and meeting ongoing and overlapping deadlines.
Develop contingency plans as necessary to address incidents and resolve service-related issues.
Develop, document, and deliver value-added Service Management solutions
Build key partnerships, working closely with the business relationship, project, and service teams
Responsible for managing the provision of the ICT infrastructure services platform, encompassing Data Centers, Servers, Infrastructure Applications, Database Management, Storage, Desktop, Backup, and Disaster Recovery
