Job purpose :
Prepares, delivers and maintains operating conditions of workstations, office equipment, physical security devices such as door access systems and CCTV, and provide Level 1 & 2 SLA to end users.
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically: Reports under IDS EUS Team Lead
Operationally: Reports to Head of IDS
Profile Must Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering or equivalent degree.
MCSE & CCNA is a plus
Minimum 05 years of experience in helpdesk management and end user support.
Experienced in IT and OT operations and processes.
Experienced in SNOW ITSM
Experienced in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Qualifies issues encountered by end users and provides L2 technical assistance.
Ensures appropriate escalation
Provides clear information to end-users all along the incident treatment process
Records and documents issues encountered by end users on SNOW in order to facilitate the monitoring of recurring issues and service delivery.
Provides basic training to users on the optimal use of computer hardware and software.
Assists in the selection and evaluation of hardware and software.
Resolves less common issues encountered by end users, manages day.
Today aspects of physical security devices such as door access systems and CCTV
May train less experience colleagues and supervise the installation of PC and software, hardware, and cabling including non-standard configurations, providing connectivity where necessary.
Receives and provides L1/L2 phone and remote support to end users - Facilitate local IT Procurement – requisitioner.
Perform desktop, CCTV, door access system and other hardware or devices’ troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
Perform and conduct basic network troubleshooting issues and provides resolution.
Provides conference room (VC) L1 support.
Administer update and troubleshooting on MPS (managed print services).
Assist in updating IT procedures and guideline
