Job Description

Administration and Operation of CA Spectrum, CA Performance Management, CA Network Flow Analysis, CA Business Intelligence and CA Unified Infrastructure management(creation of users/access, generating scheduling reports, Discovery and Modelling of network,) • Device certification in Spectrum and Performance management • Troubleshooting of issues related to the monitoring solution • Maintain the integration between the solution components • Products implementation • Products presentation and Demo • Continually improve the skillset for the assigned products • Always get updated with the latest news/releases for the products of responsibility. • Maintain the systems for the mentioned products • Creation of solution users and credentials.
Experience • Deep Knowledege in Network and System Administration • Strong Analysis skills in Infrastructure management • Good presentation skills • A minimum of 5 years experience in CA ITOM suite. • Deep Knowledge and understanding of the products integration • Accomplish tasks in timely manner • Perl Scripting is a plus • Experience in a client facing role with proven success in communication methods.
