Job Description


You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling all activities relevant to passenger services - departure, transfers and customer care handlings at the terminal - to ensure consistent customer service delivery. Ensure maintenance of on time performance at the highest level and that all staff members, under jurisdiction, adhere to safety regulations and maintain discipline as per the company’s policy.
Measure the performance of each unit by conducting service audits periodically and gives feedback to the supervisors and frontline staff.
Minimizes operational discrepancies during the shift through proper planning, organizing and monitoring of all activities at check-in, boarding, transfer desk, special handling, arrivals, system control and baggage services.
Reduces operational costs by curtailing overtime hours through cross-utilizing available resources from different areas.
Coaches, motivates and develops supervisors and frontline staff in order to accomplish high morale, discipline and grooming standard of the team. Ensures staff members are strictly complying with the safety and security procedures.

Qualifications
About you:
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification and 6 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of job-related experience.
Experience in a Supervisory role.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.
Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
